My daughter likes the look of these and says there are comfortable. Size is about right.I don't know what the speed lacing system is ? Seems the same as any other shoe to me.

I ordered them for my 7 year old and they fit perfect and are great quality. He already wore them a couple of times hiking and it was such an improvement over his regular sneakers he wore because he used to slip a lot on loose gravel or dirt or while hiking up more difficult hills, not any more and he's a happy camper.
